Samsung SDS’s generative AI-based collaboration solution, ‘Brity Works,’ has been officially selected as the collaboration tool for ‘OnAI (Intelligent Work Management Platform)’ hosted by the Ministry of Interior and Safety. This selection comes after successful pilot services and user evaluations conducted since November last year across key government ministries, and is expected to be a significant stepping stone in revolutionizing public officials’ work efficiency and mobility.
Ministry of Interior and Safety’s ‘OnAI’ Official Collaboration Tool Selection Leads Public Official Work Innovation
As the primary contractor for the Ministry of Interior and Safety’s ‘Intelligent Work Management Platform Construction’ project, Samsung SDS has provided ‘Brity Works’ pilot services to key ministries since November last year. Following thorough user evaluations, Brity Works was adopted as the official collaboration tool, commencing full-scale service on April 30th and thereby accelerating the digital transformation of the public work environment.
Brity Works received high marks for providing a flexible collaboration environment between ministries, its AI-based work utility, and its top-tier security. In particular, it is closely integrated with the ‘OnAI Mobile Service’ promoted by the Ministry of Interior and Safety, creating an environment where public officials can perform their duties anytime, anywhere, regardless of location.
This allows public officials to handle various tasks using only mobile devices, including real-time reporting and approvals, video conference participation, and AI-based meeting minute summaries. It is expected to maintain seamless work continuity even while on the move, significantly enhancing the speed and efficiency of administrative services.
National Intelligence Service Security Certification Acquired, Full Attention to Protecting Sensitive Information
Security is a paramount factor for public sector solutions. As a PPP (Public-Private Partnership Cloud) provider for the National Information Resources Management Service, Samsung SDS has already established a highly secure system that operates internet, administrative, and public networks separately. Building on this foundation, the Daegu Center’s Public-Private Partnership Zone SCP (Samsung Cloud Platform) cloud obtained a top-tier security certification from the National Intelligence Service in 2025, proving its stability.
Furthermore, the Brity Works solution itself is scheduled to obtain a top-tier security certification from the National Intelligence Service for administrative and public networks by March 2026, aiming to secure the highest level of security. Considering the characteristics of the public environment, which handles sensitive national financial information, personal key encryption is applied to mail and messenger services, and post-quantum cryptography (PQC) technology has been introduced to fundamentally prevent information leakage risks.
Currently, over 70 central ministries and committees are utilizing Brity Works Drive to systematically manage vast administrative knowledge, thereby enhancing work efficiency. This robust security environment provides a crucial basis for public institutions to confidently adopt and utilize AI-based collaboration solutions.
Goal to Strengthen Mobile Collaboration Features and Lead Public Sector AX
Samsung SDS plans to continue driving public sector work innovation through Brity Works. Through the Ministry of Interior and Safety’s ‘Intelligent Work Management Platform Phase 2 Project,’ scheduled for May this year, services to central government ministries will be expanded, broadening the scope of provision. This will serve as a stepping stone to enable more public officials to experience and apply Brity Works’ innovative features to their work.
In the future, Samsung SDS plans to further strengthen mobile collaboration features and continuously advance its security system. Furthermore, by integrating with various commercial AI services, it aims to further improve the efficiency of public tasks and accelerate the transition to intelligent administrative systems. Brity Works, designed to reflect both the unique workflows and strict security standards of public institutions, is an AI collaboration solution that, through its integration with OnAI mobile services, will fundamentally revolutionize the way public officials work and lead the AI Transformation (AX) in the public sector.
The selection of Samsung SDS’s Brity Works as the official collaboration tool for the Ministry of Interior and Safety’s ‘OnAI’ will be a significant milestone in the digital transformation of public institutions. Based on robust security and innovative AI-powered features, it is expected to smartly transform the work environment for public officials and further contribute to improving the quality of public services. Through this case, the adoption and utilization of AI in the public sector are anticipated to further expand.
